Administrative Assistant - Fairway (Part Time)

IPG is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join the team at our mobile home community in North Highlands, CA! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Property Manager with tasks as assigned
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Enforce property and associations\' rules and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Previous office/administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
