Part Time TEMP HR/Payroll Accountant

Investment Property Group is looking for a Part-Time TEMPORARY HR/Payroll Accountant to work in our Irvine, CA office. This person will work 25-29 hours per week. The assignment will last 3+ months with possible extensions.

Essential Job Duties
  • Complete monthly payroll reconciliation/bill back reports.
  • Pull monthly ADP invoices and complete bill back reports.
  • Oversee monthly worker’s compensation billing invoices to ensure proper bill back to locations
  • Reconcile monthly employee benefit billings Medical/Dental/Vision/HSA/FSA/Life
  • Insurance/Supplemental Coverage & submit to accounting for processing.
  • Ensure employees that are terminated are removed from billing for the proper month
  • Ensure payroll deductions are accurately reflected in ADP
  • Ensure billings always reflect accurate employee information and for current employees only.
  • Assist with setting up ADP and Benefit Enrollment sites to ensure billing and reconciliation can be more efficient
  • Assist with any accounting/reconciliation projects needed

Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • 3-4 years HR or Payroll accounting experience
  • Must be familiar with group benefits administration and billing
  • ADP experience a plus!
