Leasing Admin Assistant - Corporate

IPG is urgently searching for a temporary Leasing Administrative Assistant to help our leasing department stay organized and running smoothly in our corporate Irvine, CA office. This is a 6 month temp-to-hire opportunity for those that prove to add value to our company during the temporary assignment.

Day to Day:
- Scanning and uploading leases into the system
- Filing documents
- Reviewing leases for accuracy
- Working heavily with Excel 
- Reception (screen and transfer high volume of calls)

Requirements:
- Detail oriented personality
- Type 40 WPM
- MS Office proficiency (must be strong with Excel)
- Independent worker
- Computer savvy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Temporary workers DO NOT recieve benefits.
