IPG is seeking a Community Home Sales Manager to join our mobile home sales division. This is a newly created position in an existing community that is in the process of completing a large expansion. 

Based in Richland, WA the position includes a very competitive base salary in addition to a generous bonus program. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ethics & integrity, as well as company loyalty, a great attitude and the ability to help us achieve our goals!

• Sell and close all new or vacant homes within the community.
• Work with park management to get and keep homes in a sale ready condition.
• Utilized the company tools and systems available to assist with sales follow-up and closing.
• Be able to track and report on the sales process, and update the company software programs.
• Creatively bring additional ideas for the sales and marketing process and team.
• Plan and participate in major park Open House Events for the new home inventory.
• Be willing to hold ongoing open house on weekends as needed.
• Assist with initial home pricing and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
• Work with in-house & third party lenders, title, escrow, marketing, & our home planning department.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Complete Market Surveys and compile buyer alternative options in the marketplace.
• Reconcile home costs and recommend price on offers while homes are in progress.
• Walk our new home inventory with managers and use punch lists for staff to enhance the homes.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3 plus years sales experience with a proven track record and documented success
• Mobile Home experience is a HUGE PLUS
• Must be organized, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail oriented.
• Requires great communication & motivational skills, with patience & professionalism.
• Must have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Candidates must pass a background and credit check, along with a drug test. The position hours include working weekends with two weekdays off.
