Temporary Accounts Payable- Corporate Headquarter

IPG is currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to work at our corporate headquarters in Irvine. This is a 6-month contract position.

• Monitor and print all check requests submitted to a general email inbox for the entire portfolio
• Timely and accurate processing of all invoices related to a designated group of properties
• Ensure payables have accurate General Ledger codes and proper approvals
• Enter and process payables for utilities, corporate bills and other reimbursements
• Batch and mail checks daily

• 2-5 years of accounts payable experience.
• QuickBooks and/or Avid experience a plus!
• Must have basic knowledge of general accounting and be able to do A/P account reconciliations.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented, work well under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
