Regional Manager - Oregon

IPG currently seeks a Regional Manager for our manufactured housing division in Oregon. Responsibilities include overseeing the financial performance, staff development and physical aspects of 5-10 properties. The right candidate will be a results driven leader with a proven track record in problem resolution and motivating teams to successful performance.

• Direct day to day operations of 5-10 manufactured housing communities, including budget management, staff supervision as well as maintaining the overall appearance and safety of properties
• Achieve and maintain an acceptable level of performance as outlined by goals and objectives set by management
• Provide leadership and direction for all on-site employees, including but not limited to: effective employee relations, compliance with employment law, ongoing training and motivation of staff
• Ensure regular coaching, counseling and performance evaluations for all staff members
• Perform extensive resident relations by providing the highest level of service while upholding policies and standards set by IPG
• Reduce delinquency rate by assisting with rent collection need and managing eviction process as necessary
• Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.
• Maintain an acceptable occupancy level by renting units and selling vacant homes as needed
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on a monthly basis to senior management

• 5 plus years’ experience in the manufactured housing industry with 2 plus years’ experience overseeing multiple properties
• Proven track record in driving financial performance of multiple properties with documented success
• Hands on leadership orientation with the ability to develop team members through face to face mentorship
• Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management and organizational skills
• Promote resident retention by providing superior customer experience as well as timely and effective problem resolution
• Previous experience in participation in the budget development process
• Able to travel to multiple locations as needed
• Significant acumen in property maintenance
