Amber Monte
Ms. Monte has been with IPG since 2003. She oversees all aspects of our operations and enjoys frequently visiting our properties. She earned her degree in Business Leadership from Concordia University.

Heather DeFrancesco
Executive Assistant to Amber Monte
Ms. DeFrancesco has been with IPG since March of 2013. She assists the President with all of her needs as well as supervises the Office Manager and the Administrative Assistant to Operations.

David Cornell
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Cornell joined IPG in January of 2018.  He brings with him a wealth of experience in Manufactured Housing Operations and Sales. David is very engaging and responsive with great attention to detail.

Dan Ogden
Director of Operations
Mr. Ogden brings over 30 years of multi-family, single family, senior living and commercial property experience to IPG.

Jeff Fisher
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fisher has been with IPG since June 2014 and handles the financial and tax reporting of IPG. He graduated from CSU Chico in 2002 and spent the first part of his career in public accounting. Mr. Fisher is a licensed CPA in California.

Yvette Maldonado

Assistant Controller
Ms. Maldonado has been with IPG since November 2006, starting out as Human Resources Manager. In June 2008, she was promoted to Accounting/Human Resources Manager, and in August 2010 she was promoted to Assistant Controller.

Cheryl Rice
Human Resource Manager
Ms. Rice started with IPG in April of 2011. She is Responsible for all Human Resource and payroll functions for IPG corporate office and all Mobile Home Communities.

Gabriela Negrete
Human Resource Assistant
Gabriela assists the Human Resource Manager with processing of IPG MHC payroll, new hire paperwork processing and many other human resource functions.

Annie Gnadt

Office Manager
Ms.Gnadt began working for IPG in September 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. Annie was promoted to Office Manager in January 2016. She supports the corporate office with multiple tasks throughout the day.

David Bates
Director of Home Sales and Marketing
David joined IPG in September of 2015.  He oversees all home sales, marketing and acquisitions for all communities.  Mr. Bates has over 19 year's experience in sales, marketing and operational management with the last 15 years focused in Real Estate.  David is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Realty Investment Association of California and many other member affiliations.

Desiree Holmon
Home Sales Administrative Assistant/Marketing Manager
Ms. Holmon joined IPG in March of 2015 as Marketing Administrative Assistant.  She has 12 plus years Property Management and Marketing experience and a Batchelors Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.  Ms. Holmon is responsible for marketing strategies .

Ileana Rivera
Home Sales Planner
Ms. Rivera started off as an intern in July 2016 with a strong background in Interior Design. She assists the Home Sales Director with all new home designs & CAD drafting. In January 2017, she was promoted to Home Sales Specialist, and in January 2018, she was promoted to Home Sales Planner.

Lauri Hall
Home Sales Escrow Assistant
Ms. Hall assists the Director of Home Sales and Marketing by processing escrow titles and preparation of acquisitions and dispositions of park owned homes.

Miriam Gonzalez
Staff Accountant
Ms. Gonzalez joined Investment Property Group in May 2012 as Accounts Payable Accountant for CA, ID, NV, UT & WA. In June of 2014 she was promoted to Staff Accountant.

Jenna Reid
Staff Accountant
Ms. Reid has been with IPG since July 2014 and handles the accounts payable for all Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah and California commuities.  She has 5 years of accounts payable experience with the manufactured housing and RV park communities.

Kim Ward

Accounts Payable
Ms. Ward joined IPG in May of 2018 and handles the Accounts Payable for Oregon and Arizona. Her background in accounting includes Hospitality, Construction as well as Property Management.

Hailey Gausewitz
Hailey Gausewitz is responsible for all the recruitment efforts for IPG and SAGE properties and corporate staffing. She brings a wide range of recruiting experience from different industries with her and we are excited to have her on board. Hailey graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Hailey is an Orange County, CA local, growing up in Tustin and moving to Newport Beach after graduating from college. Outside of work Hailey is an avid Pilates student and is a regular at Wednesday night Trivia! She enjoys anything that involves food and friends and her taste is quite adventurous!
